Vital Voices Board of Directors
As a busy graduate student at UWM and consumer of mental health services, I had to be choosy about how I spend the little free time I have. When I was approached in 2003 to become a Vital Voices Board member, I pondered the idea and could not think of a better match. The fine work that Vital Voices does in helping members of the community resolve issues with their mental health providers speaks for itself. The Board of Directors is great to serve on and an opportunity for me to grow both personally and professionally.
