6/15/09 Help Vital Voices by Donating Your Expertise

Vital Voices is seeking individuals with expertise in human resources and/or development to serve on our Board of Directors. Individuals with HR experience would help develop personnel policies; provide advice to staff on personnel issues; and assist with salary and benefit decisions. Volunteers with development experience would help the agency with fund-raising and marketing projects.

No prior Board experience or familiarity with mental health issues required. Training will be provided. The Board meets 8 times a year at 5:45 p.m. on the 4th Wednesday of the month. The initial term is for 3 years.
